Cellular immune response
Bone marrow lymphocytes from untreated multiple myeloma patients exhibited MAGEC1-specific cellular immune responses as measured by an autologous cellular immunity assay (Lendvai et al., 2010 PMID: 20108890). CT7-specific CD4(+) T-cell responses were detected in melanoma patients (Nuber et al., 2010 PMID: 20696919). Immunogenic CD8(+) T-cell epitopes of MAGE-C1 (CT-7) were identified by Anderson et al., (2011 PMID: 21461886).
Induced immune response
There are no published reports that evaluated induced immune responses in patients vaccinated with MAGEC1.
